This is a client side mod which makes it easy to find custom Resource Pack Renames for your items. It shows all possible renames right in game in anvil GUI, so you dont need to search for list of custom models on rp's site or whereever. Mod mainly intended for Vanilla Item Models, but it also has a CEM support.

Click “Install” on this page
The launcher opens and installs the mod for Minecraft 1.21.10–26.2 on Fabric, NeoForge or Quilt automatically.
Launch the game
A profile with it appears in the launcher: click “Play”.

Which Minecraft versions does RP Renames work on?
There are files for 26.2, 1.21.10. The newest is 26.2.
Is RP Renames for Forge or Fabric?
There are files for Fabric: 1.21.10–26.2, for NeoForge: 26.2 and for Quilt: 1.21.10–26.2. There are no files for Forge: a mod for another loader will not start.
Does RP Renames need other mods?
The author lists no required dependencies: the Fabric, NeoForge or Quilt loader is enough.
