极光通常表现为动态的光影图案，可以呈现为帘幕、射线、螺旋或闪烁等形式。颜色可以从绿色和黄色到红色、蓝色和紫色不等。这些光常常移动并改变形状，宛如轻柔飘动的帘幕。极光通常出现在北极圈和南极圈周围的高纬度地区。
极光的许多元素和参数都可以通过配置文件进行调整，例如波频率、振幅、颜色等等。
默认情况下，对于主世界，赤道位于 Z:10000，从那里到任一极点为 20000 格。极点每 40000 格循环一次。因此，举例来说，极光可以出现在 Z:-10000 和 Z:30000 附近，上下浮动一个随机偏移量，并且在此之后或之前的每个极点“循环”中也是如此。此外，默认情况下没有生物群系要求，但你可以自行添加。所有这些以及更多设置都可以进行配置！

The launcher is free: download it at millida.net/launcher and sign in with any nickname.
Click “Install” on this page
The launcher opens and installs the mod for Minecraft 1.20.1–1.21.3 on Forge or NeoForge automatically.
Launch the game
A profile with it appears in the launcher: click “Play”.
Manually
Install Forge or NeoForge
The loader must match the game version of the mod file, for example Minecraft 1.21.3. After installing it, a separate profile appears in your launcher.
Download the file for your version
In the version list above, pick the file Auroras-1.21.3-1.6.2.jar (2.0 MB) for your game version and loader.
Put it in the mods folder
The folder is inside .minecraft (Windows: %appdata%\.minecraft\mods). If it does not exist, create it.
Launch the loader profile
Open “Mods” in the main menu: Auroras should be in the list.
Minecraft 1.21.3 runs on Java 21: with a different Java version the game may close right after launch.
