What is the FastPBR Shader?

This is a fast shaderpack that still offers high-quality visuals and uses PBR atmospherics, hence its name.

PBR does not mean specular support, so do not confuse these terms despite this being a common misconception in the shaderpacks community.

Iris 1.6.0 or newer
OptiFine is NOT supported and will not be unless it catches up with Iris' more advanced featureset
A graphics card that supports OpenGL 4.3 or newer
Windows/Linux

Install Millida Launcher
The launcher is free: download it at millida.net/launcher and sign in with any nickname.
Click “Install” on this page
The launcher opens and installs the shaders for Minecraft 1.18.2–1.21.4 automatically.
Launch the game
A profile with it appears in the launcher: click “Play”.

Install Iris
Without a shader mod the game cannot see shaders. Install it for the same Minecraft version.
Download the shader archive
Pick the file FastPBR_v2.0.zip (1.1 MB) and do not unpack it.
Put it in the shaderpacks folder
“Options”, then “Video Settings”, then “Shader Packs”, then “Open Shader Pack Folder”, and drag the archive there.
Select the shaders
In the same window, click the pack name and “Apply”.

There are files for 1.18.2–1.21.4, 18 versions in total. The newest is 1.21.4.
