数据包关于 Soul Link 数据包
This data pack adds a new Soul Link enchantment. This enchantment returns the item with this enchantment to you upon your death.
Requires general GalLab resourcepack
Since version 1.6 (1.21+) it now uses the enchantment system instead of a custom item. So enchanting items is done through an anvil.
There are three variants of this enchantment:
- Soul Link - the normal version of the enchantment. The item will always return to you after death.
Can be found in chests in Ancient City, with a small chance to be fished in the Deep Dark biome, or as a drop from Warden.
- Weak Soul Link - Weakened version of Soul Link. Enchantment level will decrease with each death. Can transform into Unstable Soul Link. Can be found in chests in Ancient City, with a small chance to be fished in any biome.
- Unstable Soul Link - A special version of Soul Link that will save the player's entire inventory, then the item with this enchantment will be destroyed after the player's death.
To obtain this enchantment on any item, drop a Resonating Soul / Weak Resonating Soul with the desired item on the Enchanting Table.
The item will be returned even if you die in lava or the void.

Click “Install” on this page
The launcher opens and installs the data pack for Minecraft 1.19–26.3 automatically, together with its dependencies: Dependency.
Launch the game
A profile with it appears in the launcher: click “Play”.

Download the archive
Pick the file Soul Link 1.7.1.zip (215 KB) for your game version.
New world: “Data Packs”
When creating a world, click “Data Packs”, drag the archive into the window, then move it to “Selected”.
Existing world: the datapacks folder
Put the archive into saves/<world>/datapacks and type /reload in game.
On a server
Archive goes into the server world’s datapacks
The world/datapacks folder on the server; players do not need to install anything.
Reload the data
Type /reload in the server console or restart the server.
Use the “To server” button
On Millida Hosting, the button at the top of the page uploads the file to your server and restarts it for you.

There are files for 1.19–26.3, 29 versions in total. The newest is 26.3.
Does Soul Link work on a server?
Yes: the data pack goes into the datapacks folder of the server world, and players do not need to install anything.
