Про сервер
This is Astrum - a vanilla, semi-RP, semi-political, or vanilla+ server, you can describe it in different ways, but the essence remains the same, it's more than just an ordinary private server. Over the years of its existence, many interesting gameplay mechanics, roleplay and political structures have been introduced, from voice chat to cutscenes at story events, from a minister to a parliamentary republic with elected authority.
Let's start with the most interesting thing on our server: the storyline - it's a whole elaborate history spanning different seasons that intertwines all events. In Discord there's a separate channel where you can familiarize yourself with all the lore revealed so far. There's even a whole layer of players who don't survive but instead work on unraveling the events that happened in this world.
Government system: Obviously, someone has to manage the game part of the server, so the highest authority is the Parliament. 5 parliamentarians, most of whom are elected by the people, dictate to the ministers what to do. The ministers, in turn, are the executive branch of power; they are responsible for building the spawn, branches and hub, and the End island. Such a hierarchy allows building large projects that would have been hard to imagine before. Of course, besides that we also have smaller structures, like the FBI, judges, and so on.
What about gameplay? We have standard mods: Emote Craft — a mod that adds emote animations to the game. Now you can express your feelings right in Minecraft using various emotes, which makes communication more lively and vivid. Plasmovoice — voice chat that works right on the server, without the need to download third-party programs. You can communicate with friends and neighbors on the server in real time without being distracted from the game.
Besides the standard Plamo Voice voice chat and Emotecraft, we have exclusive mechanics written by our developers, for example: Signatures. You can sign any item or block, and now it truly becomes unique, because only you can remove the signature from it. Add any text and now everyone understands that this is your armor and it needs to be returned to such-and-such coordinates.
However, that's still a small thing, because we also have balls that you can freely play football, volleyball, golf or other games with. We also have the ability to make various interesting portals, a broom for sweeping leaves, team division using colored helmets, very useful for events by the way, a wrench that acts as a debug stick, and if we're talking about building, our corals have been completely rewritten so they can be used on land, and there's also a concrete recycling system, bark growth on trees, and upgraded armor stands for last.
By the way, we haven't neglected roleplay either: hidden player nicknames that can be seen by pressing RMB, the ability to reset hunger if you're roleplaying in a restaurant, music that can be recorded onto discs, signs that can be used to download resource packs, as well as various commands, like rolling dice from 1 to 6, and so on.
