Термін — 48 годин

Відлік починається, коли ви надсилаєте форму, а не коли ми її відкриваємо. Відповідь на вказану вами електронну пошту ви отримаєте в будь-якому разі — і коли ми видалимо матеріал, і коли відмовимо та пояснимо чому. Якщо форма не працює, напишіть на support@millida.org.

Необов'язково — заповніть, якщо пишете не від свого імені.
Посилання на оригінал, ваш профіль автора, договір — будь-що, що пов'язує вас із роботою.
Прибрати весь лістинг, видалити файл, але залишити опис, або виправити зазначення авторства.
Надсилаючи цю форму, ви погоджуєтеся, що надані дані буде оброблено для розгляду вашої скарги.

Як ми працюємо з матеріалами

  • Файл розміщується тут лише тоді, коли ліцензія автора це дозволяє. Якщо ліцензія забороняє повторне завантаження, лістинг зберігає опис, а Millida Launcher встановлює елемент.
  • Кожен лістинг називає автора й ліцензію — ми не привласнюємо авторство.
  • На вимогу автора матеріал знімається протягом 48 годин, без суперечок про те, хто правий.
  • Millida не є офіційним сервісом Minecraft і не пов'язана з Mojang чи Microsoft. Умови користування сервісом розміщено в розділі правова інформація.

DMCA notices

If you believe that material available on Millida infringes your copyright, you may send a notice under the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (17 U.S.C. § 512) to dmca@millida.net. The notice should include:

  1. A physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner or a person authorized to act on their behalf.
  2. Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed.
  3. Identification of the material claimed to be infringing, with the URL on millida.net where it is located.
  4. Your contact information: name, postal address, telephone number and email address.
  5. A statement that you have a good faith belief that the use of the material is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent or the law.
  6. A statement that the information in the notice is accurate and, under penalty of perjury, that you are the copyright owner or are authorized to act on behalf of the owner.

Notices that do not include these elements may not be processed. We review each complete notice and may remove or disable access to the material identified in it. Where appropriate, we notify the person who made the material available, who may respond with a counter-notification sent to the same address.

If material you made available was removed or disabled and you believe this happened as a result of mistake or misidentification, you may send a counter-notification under 17 U.S.C. § 512(g)(3) to dmca@millida.net. The counter-notification should include:

  1. Your physical or electronic signature.
  2. Identification of the material that has been removed or to which access has been disabled, and the URL at which it appeared before it was removed or disabled.
  3. A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief that the material was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification of the material.
  4. Your name, address and telephone number, and a statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the federal district court for the judicial district in which your address is located, or, if your address is outside the United States, any judicial district in which Millida may be found, and that you will accept service of process from the person who provided the original notice or their agent.

We may forward a counter-notification, including the contact information in it, to the person who sent the original notice.

Repeat infringer policy. In accordance with 17 U.S.C. § 512(i), Millida terminates, in appropriate circumstances, the accounts of users who repeatedly infringe the copyrights of others.

Knowingly misrepresenting that material is infringing, or that it was removed by mistake, may expose you to liability under 17 U.S.C. § 512(f). Nothing on this page is legal advice.
