Absolutely! Just follow these two conditions:
- Include a note in the description linking back to this page.
- Do not just reupload the pack, its assets, or it's branding. Also, avoid creating derivative works with minimal additions (e.g. adding just a couple of mods).

Install Millida Launcher
The launcher is free: download it at millida.net/launcher and sign in with any nickname.
Click “Install” on this page
The launcher opens and installs the modpack for Minecraft 1.16–26.3 on Fabric automatically.
Launch the game
A profile with it appears in the launcher: click “Play”.

Download the modpack archive
In the version list above, pick the file Thunder-1.0.4+fabric-26.3.mrpack (5 KB).
Import it into a launcher

Allocate memory
