⚔️ YOU ARE NOT ALWAYS SAFE On OrchidSMP PvP does not require consent, but there must be a reason for an attack beforehand. An attack can start unexpectedly: the reason could be a robbery, a conflict, revenge, a territorial dispute, a faction conflict, political reasons, a hunt for a valuable item, defending yourself or another player, and similar situations.

The reason cannot be made up after the attack. Systematic killings purely to annoy another player are considered a violation. 🚪 Combat Log Leaving the server is forbidden from the moment an attack has obviously begun. You can escape using in-game methods. If the pursuit has stopped and the conflict has not continued for 60 seconds, the player may leave. 🎒 Trophies After regular PvP, the winner may take up to 4 trophy slots, of which no more than 1 may be a main equipment item. The rest of the items belong to the deceased and must remain with them or be returned.

🛡️ FACTIONS Factions are a social and visual group of players, not a territory claim and not a source of combat bonuses. They help players unite, show an emblem/number in TAB and make team management easier. Minimum 2 players Maximum 20 players Main menu /f Useful commands /f info • /f invite <player> • /f join <faction> • /f leave The leader and deputies get additional actions for managing the roster.

✨ OPEN VANILLA+ MECHANICS 🏆 Trophy heads After a suitable PvP victory, a player's trophy head may drop. The head has a rarity; the same player cannot be farmed endlessly — after a drop, a global 3-day cooldown applies. 🟪 Nether portals Non-standard closed obsidian shapes are supported. The public limit is up to 64×64, up to 2048 blocks of active area. 🖼️ Decor Signs can display items/blocks. Supported signs, frames and shelves can be locked with a glass pane against accidental changes. ⚔️ Balance of strong items Mace: 60 s after a powerful use • Crystals: stack of 16 • Anchors: stack of 48 • Drop/spear: 3 uses, then 60 s. 🥚 Unique dragon egg The server has a separate open system for the unique egg. No spoilers: /egglist shows the ranking, /eggstats shows personal stats. The rest is best discovered in game.
