Now, when creating new lines, you can use a ready-made template as a guide and gradually extend the network further. If you want to build your own branch, it is recommended to follow this order: 1. Main coordinates The network can continue almost indefinitely, but the first construction milestone is up to coordinate 1000. The minimum service area of one branch is 400 blocks. 2. Protective casing First of all, a stone "casing" is built, which protects the branch from the surrounding space. The roof of the casing must be covered with slabs. 3. Inner lining After that, the walls of the casing are edited where necessary, and the following are fully created: a monolithic floor; a monolithic ceiling; the inner lining of the branch. 4. Interior And only after the tunnel itself is prepared is the main interior of the branch built — the design of the station, passages and other elements. If you are not building according to the template You are not obliged to follow this sequence completely. However, in that case, be sure to check against the progress of the corresponding schematic. It is desirable that it be 100% in the schematics tab. Summary of new mechanics The server has new game mechanics, almost all of them are in alpha testing (some are hidden from players because they are needed for the technical part of the server). Some details may still change, so your feedback is very important to us. Soul Seals Now death can have consequences. If a player dies from a Soul Seal, their soul becomes sealed in the otherworld. They can free themselves if the Seal is destroyed or loses its stability. How long the Seal can hold a soul depends on where and how it is stored. Its stability can now be restored with the help of a special flower that a sniffer can find. The Otherworld A mysterious dimension has been completely reworked. • generation changed; • new inhabitants added; • new paths between levels appeared. This place is still in active development, so some of its elements may change. Echo and Ghosts Now players who are not on the whitelist become an Echo. Players who were once part of the world but later lost their place in it become Ghosts. They cannot interact with the world in the usual way, but they are able to gradually accumulate energy. In the future, it is energy that will allow them to manifest themselves more and more strongly in the world of the living, and living players themselves will be able to help them through various rituals and other game mechanics. Graves Now Ghosts can have their own graves. To create a grave, you need to obtain a Ghost's remains — to do this, kill a skeleton named after them. The resulting bone can be used to create a grave. As long as the grave exists, the Ghost is able to accumulate more energy. Over time, graves are forgotten and gradually lose their power, but they can be maintained by caring for them. Whitelist To test the new mechanic, the whitelist is temporarily disabled. • New players who are not on the whitelist appear as Echoes. • Ghosts — players who once existed in the world but were removed from the whitelist. • Echoes and Ghosts cannot interact with the normal world, but they are able to gradually accumulate energy. • With enough energy, they will be able to materialize in the real world. Accumulating it on their own is practically impossible — the help of living players will be required. • In future updates, living players will be able to perform rituals, offerings, sacrifices and prayers to transfer additional energy to Echoes and Ghosts.
