VehicleFix fixes a bug/issue with entities that you can ride that has existed since rideable entities were first introduced. These entities are known as "vehicles" internally, hence the name. The bug in question is that they don't take into account the rider's own hitbox when deciding if they can go past a block, leading to situations where players and entities suffocate when the game shouldn't have even let them go past those blocks.
So what I did was make it so the game will now take into account the height of a rider (although not the width, due to the sheer amount of extra jank that would need) when determining the collision of a vehicle. This works with modded vehicles as well!

The launcher is free: download it at millida.net/launcher and sign in with any nickname.
Click “Install” on this page
The launcher opens and installs the mod for Minecraft 1.21.1–1.21.4 on Fabric or Quilt automatically.
Launch the game
A profile with it appears in the launcher: click “Play”.
Manually
Install Fabric or Quilt
The loader must match the game version of the mod file, for example Minecraft 1.21.4. After installing it, a separate profile appears in your launcher.
Download the file for your version
In the version list above, pick the file vehiclefix-5.1.1.jar (7 KB) for your game version and loader.
Put it in the mods folder
The folder is inside .minecraft (Windows: %appdata%\.minecraft\mods). If it does not exist, create it.
Launch the loader profile
Open “Mods” in the main menu: VehicleFix should be in the list.
Minecraft 1.21.4 runs on Java 21: with a different Java version the game may close right after launch.

There are files for 1.21.4, 1.21.3, 1.21.2, 1.21.1. The newest is 1.21.4.
Is VehicleFix for Forge or Fabric?
There are files for Fabric: 1.21.1–1.21.4 and for Quilt: 1.21.1–1.21.4. There are no files for Forge or NeoForge: a mod for another loader will not start.
