SnowyLeavesPlus Mod para Minecraft 1.20.1, 1.21.1
Cuando nieva, las hojas se vuelven blancas poco a poco, y cuando no, vuelven a la normalidad
NOTICE
I have decided to abandon this mod as the method it uses to implement the mechanic is fundamentally broken and causes issues when mod is present on the client but not on the server. I tried working around it but I'm not proficient enough in Minecraft modding to make it work. The project has an open-source license so anyone who is willing is free to fork this project and update it. As of May 2026 there is a mod for 1.21.11 called Visual Snowy Leaves that address some of the issues of this mod by implementing the feature client-side using shaders, however it has some of its own issues due to using that method.
Old readme
SnowyLeavesPlus
In Bedrock Edition, leaves slowly turn white when it is snowing. SnowyLeavesPlus brings this feature to Java Edition! When it is snowing, leaves will slowly turn white, and when it is not, they will turn back to normal.

Cómo instalar SnowyLeavesPlus
With Millida Launcher
Install Millida Launcher
The launcher is free: download it at millida.net/launcher and sign in with any nickname.
Click “Install” on this page
The launcher opens and installs the mod for Minecraft 1.19.4–1.21.9 on Fabric or Quilt automatically, together with its dependencies: Fabric API.
Launch the game
A profile with it appears in the launcher: click “Play”.
Manually
Install Fabric or Quilt
The loader must match the game version of the mod file, for example Minecraft 1.21.9. After installing it, a separate profile appears in your launcher.
Download the file for your version
In the version list above, pick the file snowyleavesplus-mc1.21.9.jar (168 KB) for your game version and loader.
Put it in the mods folder
The folder is inside .minecraft (Windows: %appdata%\.minecraft\mods). If it does not exist, create it. Required dependencies go there too: Fabric API.
Launch the loader profile
Open “Mods” in the main menu: SnowyLeavesPlus should be in the list.
On a server
A server on Fabric or Quilt
The mod only works on a server with the same loader and game version, for example 1.21.9.
File goes into the server’s mods folder
Stop the server, put the mod file into the mods folder and start the server again.
Use the “To server” button
On Millida Hosting, the button at the top of the page uploads the file to your server and restarts it for you.
Minecraft 1.21.9 runs on Java 21: with a different Java version the game may close right after launch.
