Giới thiệu mod CompatLayer
Mod/thư viện nhỏ này có một số công cụ có thể giúp làm cho các mod tương thích nhị phân giữa 1.10 và 1.11. Nếu bạn đảm bảo sử dụng api trong mod này đúng cách thì có thể tạo ra một file jar mod chạy được trên cả hai phiên bản.
Một vài điều bạn nên làm thêm ngoài những gì thư viện này làm:
- Chuyển tất cả tên tài nguyên (file lang, tên model, file json, file texture, ...) thành chữ thường trong phiên bản 1.10.2 của bạn. Thêm một trình xử lý sự kiện FMLMissingMapping để xử lý việc tải các thế giới cũ
- Mod id cũng nên viết thường
- Thay tileEntity.worldObj bằng tileEntity.getWorld()
- Thay entityPlayer.worldObj bằng entityPlayer.getEntityWorld()
Đây là bản alpha. Có khả năng mọi thứ vẫn chưa hoàn thiện.

With Millida Launcher
Install Millida Launcher
The launcher is free: download it at millida.net/launcher and sign in with any nickname.
Click “Install” on this page
The launcher opens and installs the mod for Minecraft 1.11–1.11.2 automatically.
Launch the game
A profile with it appears in the launcher: click “Play”.
Manually
Download the file for your version
In the version list above, pick the file compatlayer-1.11.2-0.3.1.jar (40 KB) for your game version.
Put it in the mods folder
The folder is inside .minecraft (Windows: %appdata%\.minecraft\mods). If it does not exist, create it.
Launch the loader profile
Open “Mods” in the main menu: CompatLayer should be in the list.
Minecraft 1.11.2 runs on Java 8: with a different Java version the game may close right after launch.
