Thay đổi hành vi gốc khi định vị các đặc điểm để chạy bất đồng bộ, giảm thiểu tình trạng lag liên quan.
Hiện tại điều này được triển khai cho:
- Lệnh locate khi được người dùng thực thi
- Giao dịch bản đồ thám hiểm của dân làng
- Cá heo tìm kho báu
- Bản đồ thám hiểm trong rương (v1.1.0+)
Mod này chỉ cần được cài đặt ở phía máy chủ! Vì vậy máy khách chỉ cần cài đặt nếu muốn dùng cho chế độ chơi đơn.
Chỉ riêng mod này chỉ hoạt động với vanilla (xem danh sách ở trên). Các mod khác có thể cần tự triển khai việc sử dụng mod này để tận dụng chức năng bất đồng bộ.
Không tương thích
Các mod ảnh hưởng đến tính năng định vị cấu trúc của vanilla có thể tác động đến chức năng của Async Locator.

- Structure Essentials
Đã thấy rằng khi khởi động chỉ một trong hai cải tiến định vị của Async Locator hoặc Structure Essentials sẽ hoạt động. Ngoài ra không có vấn đề thực sự nào, nhưng chỉ cần một trong các mod là đủ.
Tích hợp mod
Các mod khác cũng có thể dùng Async Locators như một dependency để triển khai việc định vị bất đồng bộ vào mã của riêng họ. Để làm vậy, vui lòng dùng CurseMaven hoặc Modrinth Maven để thêm mod này vào build.gradle của bạn, sau đó sử dụng lớp AsyncLocator và/hoặc các lớp logic.
Cách cài đặt Async Locator
With Millida Launcher
Install Millida Launcher
The launcher is free: download it at millida.net/launcher and sign in with any nickname.
Click “Install” on this page
The launcher opens and installs the mod for Minecraft 1.19.2–1.20.2 on Fabric or Forge automatically, together with its dependencies: Fabric API.
Launch the game
A profile with it appears in the launcher: click “Play”.
Manually
Install Fabric or Forge
The loader must match the game version of the mod file, for example Minecraft 1.20.2. After installing it, a separate profile appears in your launcher.
Download the file for your version
In the version list above, pick the file async-locator-forge-1.20-1.3.0.jar (259 KB) for your game version and loader.
Put it in the mods folder
The folder is inside .minecraft (Windows: %appdata%\.minecraft\mods). If it does not exist, create it. Required dependencies go there too: Fabric API.
Launch the loader profile
Open “Mods” in the main menu: Async Locator should be in the list.
On a server
A server on Fabric or Forge
The mod only works on a server with the same loader and game version, for example 1.20.2.
File goes into the server’s mods folder
Stop the server, put the mod file into the mods folder and start the server again.
Use the “To server” button
On Millida Hosting, the button at the top of the page uploads the file to your server and restarts it for you.
Minecraft 1.20.2 runs on Java 17: with a different Java version the game may close right after launch.

There are files for 1.20.2, 1.20.1, 1.20, 1.19.4, 1.19.3, 1.19.2. The newest is 1.20.2.
Is Async Locator for Forge or Fabric?
There are files for Fabric: 1.19.2–1.20.2 and for Forge: 1.19.3–1.20.2. There are no files for NeoForge: a mod for another loader will not start.
What does Async Locator need to work?
Required: Fabric API. Without it the mod will not start: dependencies go into the same mods folder.
Do players need to install Async Locator?
No. Async Locator works on the server side: it is installed on the server only, and players do not need to download anything.
