Player Ladder introduces the ability to ride or pick up other players by simply right-clicking on them.
Extra Features
- Extends the /ride command to support mounting entities on top of players.
- Includes Pick Up Me functionality(rightClickMode needs to be switched to PICK_UP in the config).
- If installed on client, allows interacting with the world while there's an entity on top.
- Allows picking up/riding any living entity(off by default)
Only the latest version of Minecraft is supported.
FConfigLib is required if you're on Fabric. The config can be edited via GUI if Cloth Config API and Mod Menu are installed.

Launch the game
A profile with it appears in the launcher: click “Play”.

Install Fabric, Forge or NeoForge
The loader must match the game version of the mod file, for example Minecraft 1.21.11. After installing it, a separate profile appears in your launcher.

In the version list above, pick the file playerladder-neoforge-1.21.10-0.7.4.jar (27 KB) for your game version and loader.
Put it in the mods folder
The folder is inside .minecraft (Windows: %appdata%\.minecraft\mods). If it does not exist, create it.
Launch the loader profile
Open “Mods” in the main menu: Player Ladder should be in the list.
Minecraft 1.21.11 runs on Java 21: with a different Java version the game may close right after launch.
