Коли ліжка були додані в 1.12, гра все ще використовувала стару систему ідентифікаторів блоків, яка дозволяла лише обмежену кількість ідентифікаторів. Оскільки 1.12 додала багато нових блоків, у грі закінчувалися ідентифікатори, тож розробники зробили ліжко блоковою сутністю + рендерером, щоб заощадити ідентифікатори. У 1.13 (The Flattening) було запроваджено нову систему ідентифікаторів, яка дозволяла необмежену кількість ідентифікаторів, але блокову сутність ліжка та її рендерер не чіпали.

Click “Install” on this page
The launcher opens and installs the mod for Minecraft 1.16–1.19.2 on Fabric or Quilt automatically.
Launch the game
A profile with it appears in the launcher: click “Play”.
Manually
Install Fabric or Quilt
The loader must match the game version of the mod file, for example Minecraft 1.19.2. After installing it, a separate profile appears in your launcher.
Download the file for your version
In the version list above, pick the file betterbeds-1.2.0.jar (43 KB) for your game version and loader.
Put it in the mods folder
The folder is inside .minecraft (Windows: %appdata%\.minecraft\mods). If it does not exist, create it.
Launch the loader profile
Open “Mods” in the main menu: Better Beds should be in the list.
Better Beds works on the player’s side only: there is no need to install it on a server.
Minecraft 1.19.2 runs on Java 17: with a different Java version the game may close right after launch.
