Guys, we're looking for a game designer to join the Jam Hardcore team We have ideas and a developer who will implement them. We need someone who will work with us to think through game modes and bring them to launch. What you'll be doing: — Discussing ideas with us, breaking down different options and turning them into a clear concept. — Researching which mini-games and mechanics are worth adding, thinking through rules, balance and gameplay. — Writing clear specs for the developer so it's obvious what should work and how. — Supporting development: staying in touch with us and the tech admin, checking what's been done, gathering edits and making sure they get fixed. — Testing everything in-game and bringing modes to the point where they can be launched for players. We want to find someone who understands Minecraft, can explain their ideas in detail and is ready to take responsibility for the result from discussion to launch.
