Most of the tools added by this mod function similar to the way the old ExU1 tools did with the unstable axe (slowly) restoring hunger and the hoe causing some blocks to revert to an older form.
In addition there is now a set of armor which can be crafted that has slightly better armor level than diamond, but 20 total toughness.
In addition, all items in this mod cannot be broken by any means. Note that Unbreakable, Mending, and other enchantments based on durability are incompatible with the tools and armor in this mod.
Features integration with Cursed Earth (1.14+ only)
Note: Extra Utilities 2 is NOT required to use this mod, but the unstable ingots from it should work in the recipes.

Install Fabric, Forge or NeoForge
The loader must match the game version of the mod file, for example Minecraft 1.21.1. After installing it, a separate profile appears in your launcher.
Download the file for your version
In the version list above, pick the file unstabletools-neoforge-1.21.1-3.jar (172 KB) for your game version and loader.
Put it in the mods folder
The folder is inside .minecraft (Windows: %appdata%\.minecraft\mods). If it does not exist, create it.
Launch the loader profile
Open “Mods” in the main menu: Unstable Tools should be in the list.
Minecraft 1.21.1 runs on Java 21: with a different Java version the game may close right after launch.
