Ak je tvoja práca alebo tvoje osobné údaje na Millide a nechceš ich tam, napíš nám sem. Skontrolujeme to a materiál odstránime do 48 hodín.

Lehota — 48 hodín

Čas sa spustí, keď odošleš formulár, nie keď ho otvoríme. Odpoveď dostaneš na e-mail, ktorý si uviedol, v oboch prípadoch — aj keď materiál stiahneme, aj keď ho odmietneme a vysvetlíme prečo. Ak formulár nefunguje, napíš na support@millida.org.

Úplná adresa stránky na našom webe — skopíruj ju z adresného riadka.
Nepovinné — vyplň, ak nepíšeš vo vlastnom mene.
Odkaz na pôvodnú stránku, tvoj autorský profil, zmluva — čokoľvek, čo ťa spája s dielom.
Stiahnuť celý záznam, odstrániť súbor ale zachovať popis, alebo opraviť uvedenie autora.
Odoslaním tohto formulára súhlasíš, že poskytnuté údaje budú spracované na posúdenie tvojej sťažnosti.

Ako nakladáme s materiálom

  • Súbor je tu hostovaný len vtedy, keď to licencia autora umožňuje. Ak licencia zakazuje opätovné nahranie, záznam si zachová popis a Millida Launcher položku nainštaluje.
  • Každý záznam uvádza autora a licenciu — nepripisujeme si autorstvo.
  • Na žiadosť autora materiál stiahneme do 48 hodín, bez dohadovania sa, kto má pravdu.
  • Millida nie je oficiálna služba Minecraft a nie je spojená s Mojang ani Microsoft. Podmienky služby nájdeš v sekcii právne informácie.

DMCA notices

If you believe that material available on Millida infringes your copyright, you may send a notice under the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (17 U.S.C. § 512) to dmca@millida.net. The notice should include:

  1. A physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner or a person authorized to act on their behalf.
  2. Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed.
  3. Identification of the material claimed to be infringing, with the URL on millida.net where it is located.
  4. Your contact information: name, postal address, telephone number and email address.
  5. A statement that you have a good faith belief that the use of the material is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent or the law.
  6. A statement that the information in the notice is accurate and, under penalty of perjury, that you are the copyright owner or are authorized to act on behalf of the owner.

Notices that do not include these elements may not be processed. We review each complete notice and may remove or disable access to the material identified in it. Where appropriate, we notify the person who made the material available, who may respond with a counter-notification sent to the same address.

If material you made available was removed or disabled and you believe this happened as a result of mistake or misidentification, you may send a counter-notification under 17 U.S.C. § 512(g)(3) to dmca@millida.net. The counter-notification should include:

  1. Your physical or electronic signature.
  2. Identification of the material that has been removed or to which access has been disabled, and the URL at which it appeared before it was removed or disabled.
  3. A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief that the material was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification of the material.
  4. Your name, address and telephone number, and a statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the federal district court for the judicial district in which your address is located, or, if your address is outside the United States, any judicial district in which Millida may be found, and that you will accept service of process from the person who provided the original notice or their agent.

We may forward a counter-notification, including the contact information in it, to the person who sent the original notice.

Repeat infringer policy. In accordance with 17 U.S.C. § 512(i), Millida terminates, in appropriate circumstances, the accounts of users who repeatedly infringe the copyrights of others.

Knowingly misrepresenting that material is infringing, or that it was removed by mistake, may expose you to liability under 17 U.S.C. § 512(f). Nothing on this page is legal advice.

Hlásenia zneužitia hostingu a VPS

Ak z niektorého z našich herných serverov alebo VPS prichádza spam, útok, skenovanie portov, phishing alebo iné zneužitie, napíš na abuse@millida.net.

Uveď IP adresu alebo doménu, čas s časovým pásmom, typ zneužitia a dôkazy, ako sú logy alebo hlavičky e-mailov. Každé hlásenie posúdime a zakročíme voči zákazníkovi, až po pozastavenie služby.
