W najprostszym ujęciu jest to mod, który pozwala przesyłać stan redstone bezprzewodowo. Nawet jeśli nie używasz redstone, ten mod może być dla ciebie. Znalazłeś niesamowity krajobraz, który chciałbyś oznaczyć, ciekawą jaskinię do zwiedzania, albo ciągle gubisz drogę między bazami? Kiedykolwiek chciałeś, żeby kompas wskazywał gdzieś indziej, albo żeby istniał sposób oznaczania rzeczy na mapie? Teraz jest. Dzięki temu modowi możesz używać sygnałów bezprzewodowych do nawigacji.
Sygnały są synchronizowane w wymiarze zwanym Redstone Ether lub REther. Ten wymiar nie ma fizycznej formy i wyłącznie przechowuje sygnały. Można się do niego dostać, łącząc międzywymiarowe właściwości Obsydianu, Glowstone i EnderPerł z OverWorld, Nether i Endera z redstone, aby wejść do RedstoneEther. Istnieje 5000 różnych częstotliwości przechowujących niezależny stan, nazwę i kolor. Ze względu na wymiarową naturę REther sygnały wysyłane w Netherze przełożą się na OverWorld i odwrotnie.
Zmiany od wersji CB:
-Wszystkie 3 moduły zostały połączone w 1 mod id.
-Icossahedron na częściach w ekwipunku są teraz animowane.
