This is Textbook, the mod that allows you to import books from text files (and your clipboard) and export books to text files.
To use it, you'll need to get a Book and Quill and open it up. There will be some new buttons there, one to import from clipboard and the other to import from file. It is important to note that importing will overwrite anything that is already written. Once you've imported, if the file you've chosen exceeds the vanilla 100-page limit, you have the option to split the book into volumes by choosing which volume you want this book to be. You don't have to do this, but use caution with over-limit books on servers, as they could consider this cheating. If you want to write another volume, you'll need to repeat the process and select another volume number. To export a book to a file, open it and choose the Export to file button, then choose where you want to write it to.
Also has a config option to restrict the number of bytes per page, useful when playing on servers that add a restriction using Paper.
This mod is client side only, so you can use it on servers that don't have the mod installed. Goes well with Audiobook.

Install Millida Launcher
The launcher is free: download it at millida.net/launcher and sign in with any nickname.
Click “Install” on this page
The launcher opens and installs the mod for Minecraft 1.17.1–1.21.1 on Fabric or Forge automatically.
Launch the game
A profile with it appears in the launcher: click “Play”.
Manually
Install Fabric or Forge
The loader must match the game version of the mod file, for example Minecraft 1.21.1. After installing it, a separate profile appears in your launcher.
Download the file for your version
In the version list above, pick the file Textbook-Fabric-2.2.3+1.21.jar (101 KB) for your game version and loader.
Put it in the mods folder
The folder is inside .minecraft (Windows: %appdata%\.minecraft\mods). If it does not exist, create it.
Launch the loader profile
Open “Mods” in the main menu: Textbook should be in the list.
Minecraft 1.21.1 runs on Java 21: with a different Java version the game may close right after launch.

Which Minecraft versions does Textbook work on?
There are files for 1.21.1, 1.21, 1.19, 1.17.1. The newest is 1.21.1.
Is Textbook for Forge or Fabric?
There are files for Fabric: 1.21–1.21.1 and for Forge: 1.19. There are no files for NeoForge: a mod for another loader will not start.
Does Textbook need other mods?
The author lists no required dependencies: the Fabric or Forge loader is enough.
Which Java does Textbook need?
Minecraft 1.21.1 runs on Java 21. If the game closes right after launch, the usual cause is the wrong Java version in the profile settings.
