Krypton optymalizuje stos sieciowy Minecrafta, co oznacza, że w głównej mierze poprawia wydajność serwera przy dużej liczbie klientów, ale jest również wymagany po stronie klienta. Wywodzi się z prac wykonanych w projektach Velocity i Tuinity. Krypton zawiera kilka optymalizacji, w tym:
- Wysoce zoptymalizowane procedury obsługi Netty wywodzące się z proxy Velocity.
- Konsolidacja flush w celu obniżenia użycia CPU serwera (oraz zmniejszenia wpływu podatności bezpieczeństwa sprzętu wykorzystujących spekulacyjne wykonanie) i skrócenia czasów ticków serwera.
- Mikrooptymalizacje mające na celu zmniejszenie użycia pamięci i przyspieszenie serializacji pakietów.

The launcher opens and installs the mod for Minecraft 1.20–1.20.1 on Forge automatically.
Launch the game
A profile with it appears in the launcher: click “Play”.

Install Forge
The loader must match the game version of the mod file, for example Minecraft 1.20.1. After installing it, a separate profile appears in your launcher.
Download the file for your version
In the version list above, pick the file KryptonReforged-0.2.3.jar (202 KB) for your game version.
Put it in the mods folder
