Config Manager는 모드팩 개발자가 구성 파일을 간단하고 사용자 친화적인 방식으로 배포할 수 있게 해주는 Minecraft 모드입니다. Minecraft 1.20.1 이상부터 NeoForge와 Fabric을 모두 지원합니다.
기능
사용자 설정을 덮어쓰지 않고 모드팩 기본값 배포
- 모드팩의 기본 구성 파일을 /config/modpackdefaults에 넣으세요.
- 시작할 때 해당 디렉터리의 모든 파일은 아직 존재하지 않는 경우에만 Minecraft 디렉터리로 복사됩니다.
예시:
- .minecraft/config/modpackdefaults/options.txt → .minecraft/options.txt로 복사됨
- .minecraft/config/modpackdefaults/config/myMod.json → .minecraft/config/myMod.json으로 복사됨
이를 통해 모드팩 업데이트 전반에 걸쳐 사용자 설정이 유지됩니다.
모드팩 기본값으로 업데이트 또는 초기화
모드 목록(NeoForge) 또는 Mod Menu(Fabric)에서 Config Manager GUI를 열고 두 가지 작업 중 하나를 선택할 수 있습니다:
- 업데이트 – 모드팩의 구성 파일을 사용자의 파일 위에 복사(덮어쓰기)합니다.
- 팩에서 변경한 모든 설정이 업데이트됩니다.
- 건드리지 않은 설정은 사용자가 구성한 대로 유지됩니다.
- 초기화 – 전체 구성 디렉터리를 지우고 모드팩에서 배포한 파일로 교체합니다.
- 손상되거나 망가진 설치를 복구하는 데 유용합니다.
Config Manager 설치 방법
With Millida Launcher
Install Millida Launcher
The launcher is free: download it at millida.net/launcher and sign in with any nickname.
Click “Install” on this page
The launcher opens and installs the mod for Minecraft 1.20.1–26.3 on Fabric, NeoForge or Quilt automatically.
Launch the game
A profile with it appears in the launcher: click “Play”.
Manually
Install Fabric, NeoForge or Quilt
The loader must match the game version of the mod file, for example Minecraft 26.3. After installing it, a separate profile appears in your launcher.
Download the file for your version
In the version list above, pick the file ConfigManager-neoforge-26.1_26.2-1.1.3.jar (148 KB) for your game version and loader.
Put it in the mods folder
The folder is inside .minecraft (Windows: %appdata%\.minecraft\mods). If it does not exist, create it.
Launch the loader profile
Open “Mods” in the main menu: Config Manager should be in the list.
On a server
A server on Fabric, NeoForge or Quilt
The mod only works on a server with the same loader and game version, for example 26.3.
File goes into the server’s mods folder
Stop the server, put the mod file into the mods folder and start the server again.
Use the “To server” button
On Millida Hosting, the button at the top of the page uploads the file to your server and restarts it for you.

There are files for 1.20.1–26.3, 21 versions in total. The newest is 26.3.
Is Config Manager for Forge or Fabric?
There are files for Fabric: 1.20.1–26.3, for NeoForge: 1.21.9–26.3 and for Quilt: 1.20.1–26.3. There are no files for Forge: a mod for another loader will not start.
Does Config Manager need other mods?
The author lists no required dependencies: the Fabric, NeoForge or Quilt loader is enough.
Do players need to install Config Manager?
