이 라이브러리 모드는 모드 로더 간의 네트워킹 및 패킷 등록을 통합하여 Jared의 MultiLoader Template을 사용하는 개발자가 공통 모듈에서만 네트워킹을 처리하면 되도록 하는 것을 목표로 합니다. 하지만 MultiLoader와 함께 사용하는 경우로만 제한되지는 않습니다. 다른 프로젝트에서도 사용할 수 있습니다.
또한 이를 통해 모드를 로더에 구애받지 않게 만들 수 있습니다. 패킷이 구성되고 생성되는 방식 덕분에 클라이언트의 Forge 버전 모드가 서버의 Fabric 버전과 통신할 수 있습니다. 다만 직접 핸드셰이크 패킷을 만들어야 합니다.
Common Network 설치 방법
With Millida Launcher
Install Millida Launcher
The launcher is free: download it at millida.net/launcher and sign in with any nickname.
Click “Install” on this page
The launcher opens and installs the mod for Minecraft 1.21.1–26.3 on Fabric, Forge, NeoForge or Quilt automatically.
Launch the game
A profile with it appears in the launcher: click “Play”.
Manually
Install Fabric, Forge, NeoForge or Quilt
The loader must match the game version of the mod file, for example Minecraft 26.3. After installing it, a separate profile appears in your launcher.
Download the file for your version
In the version list above, pick the file common-networking-paper-26.3-1.1.1.jar (23 KB) for your game version and loader.
Put it in the mods folder
The folder is inside .minecraft (Windows: %appdata%\.minecraft\mods). If it does not exist, create it.
Launch the loader profile
Open “Mods” in the main menu: Common Network should be in the list.
