Hides the chat, whilst allowing to send messages and run commands.
Hide chat with a keybinding, or via command: /hidechat
Configuration is done via /hidechat subcommands:
- notifyAsOverlay - toggles the notification between a chat message and an overlay message. Overlay by default.
- notifyChatShow - toggles whether to send a notification when the chat is shown. On by default.
- persistency - keep the chat hidden the next time you open the game, if you had it hidden when you closed it. Off by default.
- showWhileTyping - toggles whether to show the chat when typing if the chat is hidden. On by default.

Better hidden chat 설치 방법
Install Millida Launcher
The launcher is free: download it at millida.net/launcher and sign in with any nickname.
Click “Install” on this page
The launcher opens and installs the mod for Minecraft 1.21.9–1.21.11 on Fabric or Quilt automatically.
Launch the game
A profile with it appears in the launcher: click “Play”.
Minecraft 1.21.11 runs on Java 21: with a different Java version the game may close right after launch.
