구조물 위치 탐색 시 바닐라 동작을 비동기로 실행하도록 수정하여 관련 렉을 완화합니다.
현재 다음에 대해 구현되어 있습니다:
- 사용자가 실행하는 locate 명령어
- 주민 탐험가 지도 거래 제안
- 돌고래 보물 찾기
- 상자 안의 탐험 지도 (v1.1.0+)
이 모드는 서버 측에만 설치하면 됩니다! 따라서 클라이언트는 싱글 플레이어에서 사용하려는 경우에만 설치하면 됩니다.
이것만으로는 바닐라에서만 작동합니다(위 목록 참조). 다른 모드들은 비동기 기능을 활용하려면 이 모드의 사용을 직접 구현해야 할 수 있습니다.
비호환성
바닐라의 구조물 위치 탐색 기능에 영향을 주는 모드들은 Async Locator의 기능에 영향을 미칠 수 있습니다.
현재 제가 알고 있는 다른 모드들은 아래 목록과 같습니다:
- Structure Essentials
시작 시 Async Locator 또는 Structure Essentials의 위치 탐색 개선 중 하나만 작동하는 것이 확인되었습니다. 그 외에는 실질적인 문제는 없지만, 두 모드 중 하나만 필요합니다.
모드 통합
다른 모드들도 Async Locators를 의존성으로 사용하여 자체 코드에 비동기 위치 탐색을 구현할 수 있습니다. 그러려면 CurseMaven 또는 Modrinth Maven을 사용하여 이 모드를 build.gradle에 추가한 다음, AsyncLocator 클래스 및/또는 로직 클래스들을 사용하세요.
Async Locator 설치 방법
With Millida Launcher
Install Millida Launcher
The launcher is free: download it at millida.net/launcher and sign in with any nickname.
Click “Install” on this page
The launcher opens and installs the mod for Minecraft 1.19.2–1.20.2 on Fabric or Forge automatically, together with its dependencies: Fabric API.
Launch the game
A profile with it appears in the launcher: click “Play”.
Manually
Install Fabric or Forge
The loader must match the game version of the mod file, for example Minecraft 1.20.2. After installing it, a separate profile appears in your launcher.
Download the file for your version
In the version list above, pick the file async-locator-forge-1.20-1.3.0.jar (259 KB) for your game version and loader.
Put it in the mods folder
The folder is inside .minecraft (Windows: %appdata%\.minecraft\mods). If it does not exist, create it. Required dependencies go there too: Fabric API.
Launch the loader profile
Open “Mods” in the main menu: Async Locator should be in the list.
On a server
A server on Fabric or Forge
The mod only works on a server with the same loader and game version, for example 1.20.2.
File goes into the server’s mods folder
Stop the server, put the mod file into the mods folder and start the server again.
Use the “To server” button
On Millida Hosting, the button at the top of the page uploads the file to your server and restarts it for you.
Minecraft 1.20.2 runs on Java 17: with a different Java version the game may close right after launch.

Which Minecraft versions does Async Locator work on?
There are files for 1.20.2, 1.20.1, 1.20, 1.19.4, 1.19.3, 1.19.2. The newest is 1.20.2.
Is Async Locator for Forge or Fabric?
There are files for Fabric: 1.19.2–1.20.2 and for Forge: 1.19.3–1.20.2. There are no files for NeoForge: a mod for another loader will not start.
What does Async Locator need to work?
Required: Fabric API. Without it the mod will not start: dependencies go into the same mods folder.
Do players need to install Async Locator?
No. Async Locator works on the server side: it is installed on the server only, and players do not need to download anything.
Which Java does Async Locator need?
Minecraft 1.20.2 runs on Java 17. If the game closes right after launch, the usual cause is the wrong Java version in the profile settings.
