Modpack is currently being updated to version 0.8.0 - This version will be on 1.21.1 and refreshes the pack to quality and design standards, currently as of the latest nightlies, that is early LV.
You can follow progress in the discord, and give the new version of the pack a go from the github releases or the occasionally released alpha-nightlies that reach Curseforge.
Older Legacy Builds are now exclusively on git-hub, the latest dev builds will now be on curse-forge for the foreseeable future.

With Millida Launcher
Install Millida Launcher
The launcher is free: download it at millida.net/launcher and sign in with any nickname.
Click “Install” on this page
The launcher opens and installs the modpack for Minecraft 1.21.1 on NeoForge automatically.
Launch the game
A profile with it appears in the launcher: click “Play”.
Manually
Download the modpack archive
In the version list above, pick the file Cosmic Frontiers 0.8.0-Nightly.012.zip (59 MB).
Import it into a launcher
