TimeOutOut MODについて
This mod is the connection timeout configuration from Random Patches standalone because it hasn't updated to 1.18.
Read the Random Patches README for full config information. Also hopefully the maintainer will start updating the mod again and this project will be allowed to die.
Features
Features without a specified side are server-sided.
Connection timeouts
In vanilla Minecraft, the connection timeouts are hardcoded, and often not long enough for slower computers or heavier modded instances. To counter this, TimeOutOut allows several connection timeouts to be configured:
- The connection read timeout
- Both client and server-sided
- Raised to 120 seconds from the vanilla value of 30 seconds by default
- The login timeout
- How long the server waits for a player to log in
- Raised to 2400 ticks (120 seconds) from the vanilla value of 600 ticks (30 seconds) by default
- The KeepAlive timeout
- How long the server waits for a player to return a KeepAlive packet before disconnecting them
- Raised to 120 seconds from the vanilla value of 30 seconds by default
In addition, RandomPatches allows the interval at which KeepAlive packets are sent to clients to be configured, although it is recommended that this be left at the vanilla value of 15 seconds.

TimeOutOutのインストール方法
With Millida Launcher
Install Millida Launcher
The launcher is free: download it at millida.net/launcher and sign in with any nickname.
Click “Install” on this page
The launcher opens and installs the mod for Minecraft 1.17.1–1.21.10 on Fabric or Quilt automatically, together with its dependencies: Fabric API.
Launch the game
A profile with it appears in the launcher: click “Play”.
Manually
Install Fabric or Quilt
The loader must match the game version of the mod file, for example Minecraft 1.21.10. After installing it, a separate profile appears in your launcher.
Download the file for your version
In the version list above, pick the file timeoutout-1.0.5+1.21.10.jar (8 KB) for your game version and loader.
Put it in the mods folder
The folder is inside .minecraft (Windows: %appdata%\.minecraft\mods). If it does not exist, create it. Required dependencies go there too: Fabric API.
Launch the loader profile
Open “Mods” in the main menu: TimeOutOut should be in the list.
On a server
A server on Fabric or Quilt
The mod only works on a server with the same loader and game version, for example 1.21.10.
File goes into the server’s mods folder
Stop the server, put the mod file into the mods folder and start the server again.
Use the “To server” button
On Millida Hosting, the button at the top of the page uploads the file to your server and restarts it for you.
Minecraft 1.21.10 runs on Java 21: with a different Java version the game may close right after launch.

FAQ
Which Minecraft versions does TimeOutOut work on?
There are files for 1.17.1–1.21.10, 26 versions in total. The newest is 1.21.10.
Is TimeOutOut for Forge or Fabric?
There are files for Fabric: 1.17.1–1.21.10 and for Quilt: 1.19–1.21.8. There are no files for Forge or NeoForge: a mod for another loader will not start.
What does TimeOutOut need to work?
Required: Fabric API. Without it the mod will not start: dependencies go into the same mods folder.
Do players need to install TimeOutOut?
No. TimeOutOut works on the server side: it is installed on the server only, and players do not need to download anything.
Which Java does TimeOutOut need?
Minecraft 1.21.10 runs on Java 21. If the game closes right after launch, the usual cause is the wrong Java version in the profile settings.
