ForgePortalityは私がModjam 5のために作ったMODで、自分だけのポータルを作成し、それを使って移動したり、あらゆるものを転送したりできます！
PortalityにはCTMとTitanium（1.14以降のみ）が必要です
Portalityの使い方
Portalityを始めるには、まずPortal Controllerをいくつかと、たくさんのフレームを作る必要があります。次の構造を作る必要があります:
フレームを3x3の中空状に並べ、その最下段の中央にコントローラーを設置します。次に、それを3ブロックの深さにする必要があります。（コントローラーは最初の列にのみ追加すればよいです）。コントローラーを動作させるには電力が必要です！
その後、GUIを開いてそこからポータルコールを操作できます。そのポータルは次元間テレポートはできません。そのためには、Frame Blockの代わりにInterdimensional Moduleを設置する必要があります。ポータルのアイコンは、ブロックを手に持ってShift+右クリックすることで変更できます。
機能モジュール
接続されたポータル間でアイテム/液体/エネルギーを転送できるさまざまな種類のモジュールがあります。入力と出力に正しいタイプを使用していることを確認してください！モジュールが設置されていると、入力タイプから出力タイプへ物を転送します。どんなパイプでも接続できますが、それらが何かを引き込んだり押し出したりすることはありません。GUIはありませんが、小さなバッファがあります。

Install Millida Launcher
The launcher is free: download it at millida.net/launcher and sign in with any nickname.
Click “Install” on this page
The launcher opens and installs the mod for Minecraft 1.16.1–1.21.1 on Forge or NeoForge automatically.
Launch the game
A profile with it appears in the launcher: click “Play”.
Manually
Install Forge or NeoForge
The loader must match the game version of the mod file, for example Minecraft 1.21.1. After installing it, a separate profile appears in your launcher.
Download the file for your version
In the version list above, pick the file portality-1.21.1-4.0.0.jar (434 KB) for your game version and loader.
Put it in the mods folder
The folder is inside .minecraft (Windows: %appdata%\.minecraft\mods). If it does not exist, create it.
Launch the loader profile
Open “Mods” in the main menu: Portality should be in the list.
Minecraft 1.21.1 runs on Java 21: with a different Java version the game may close right after launch.
