バニラの挙動を変更し、特徴の位置特定を非同期で実行することで、関連するラグを軽減します。
現在、以下に対して実装されています:
- ユーザーが実行した際の locate コマンド
- 村人の探検家の地図の取引提案
- イルカの宝探し
- チェスト内の探検マップ (v1.1.0+)
この MOD はサーバー側にのみインストールする必要があります！そのため、クライアントはシングルプレイで使用したい場合にのみインストールする必要があります。
これ単体ではバニラ（上記のリストを参照）でのみ機能します。他の MOD は、非同期機能を利用するために、この MOD の使用を自身で実装する必要があるかもしれません。
非互換性
バニラの構造物位置特定機能に影響を与える MOD は、Async Locator の機能に影響を与える可能性があります。

- Structure Essentials
起動時に Async Locator または Structure Essentials の位置特定改善のどちらか一方のみが機能することが確認されています。それ以外に実際の問題はありませんが、必要な MOD はどちらか一方のみです。
MOD 統合
他の MOD も Async Locators を依存関係として使用し、自身のコードに非同期位置特定を実装できます。そのためには、CurseMaven または Modrinth Maven を使用してこの MOD を build.gradle に追加し、AsyncLocator クラスおよび/またはロジッククラスを利用してください。

With Millida Launcher
Install Millida Launcher
The launcher is free: download it at millida.net/launcher and sign in with any nickname.
Click “Install” on this page
The launcher opens and installs the mod for Minecraft 1.19.2–1.20.2 on Fabric or Forge automatically, together with its dependencies: Fabric API.
Launch the game
A profile with it appears in the launcher: click “Play”.
Manually
Install Fabric or Forge
The loader must match the game version of the mod file, for example Minecraft 1.20.2. After installing it, a separate profile appears in your launcher.
Download the file for your version
In the version list above, pick the file async-locator-forge-1.20-1.3.0.jar (259 KB) for your game version and loader.
Put it in the mods folder
The folder is inside .minecraft (Windows: %appdata%\.minecraft\mods). If it does not exist, create it. Required dependencies go there too: Fabric API.
Launch the loader profile
Open “Mods” in the main menu: Async Locator should be in the list.
On a server
A server on Fabric or Forge
The mod only works on a server with the same loader and game version, for example 1.20.2.
File goes into the server’s mods folder
Stop the server, put the mod file into the mods folder and start the server again.
Use the “To server” button
On Millida Hosting, the button at the top of the page uploads the file to your server and restarts it for you.
Minecraft 1.20.2 runs on Java 17: with a different Java version the game may close right after launch.

Which Minecraft versions does Async Locator work on?
There are files for 1.20.2, 1.20.1, 1.20, 1.19.4, 1.19.3, 1.19.2. The newest is 1.20.2.
Is Async Locator for Forge or Fabric?
There are files for Fabric: 1.19.2–1.20.2 and for Forge: 1.19.3–1.20.2. There are no files for NeoForge: a mod for another loader will not start.
What does Async Locator need to work?
Required: Fabric API. Without it the mod will not start: dependencies go into the same mods folder.
Do players need to install Async Locator?
No. Async Locator works on the server side: it is installed on the server only, and players do not need to download anything.
Which Java does Async Locator need?
Minecraft 1.20.2 runs on Java 17. If the game closes right after launch, the usual cause is the wrong Java version in the profile settings.
