This is a modified version of MakeUp-UltraFast by javiergcim. Original version 9.5a. Modifications by ENA_QWQ.
Works with OptiFine and Iris 1.5.1+.
Changes from original
MakeUp-Breezy gives Minecraft a cel‑shaded, anime‑like look.
- Replaced smooth lighting with luminance‑based binary thresholding. Dark areas shift to purple, bright areas get boosted blue tone.
- Candle colors are quantized to 16 luma levels
- Specular highlights from glossy materials are removed.
- Black outlines based on depth differences.
- Clouds turn magenta during dawn and dusk.
- Increased saturation and contrast of the sky, especially at sunrise and sunset.

Click “Install” on this page
The launcher opens and installs the shaders for Minecraft 1.12.2–26.1.2 automatically.
Launch the game
A profile with it appears in the launcher: click “Play”.
Manually
Install Iris or OptiFine
Without a shader mod the game cannot see shaders. Install it for the same Minecraft version.
Download the shader archive
Pick the file MakeUp-Breezy-1.0.1.zip (403 KB) and do not unpack it.
Put it in the shaderpacks folder
“Options”, then “Video Settings”, then “Shader Packs”, then “Open Shader Pack Folder”, and drag the archive there.
Select the shaders
In the same window, click the pack name and “Apply”.
