Slyde allow setting values for options that were not intended by mojang (for example: ridiculous fov effects or increased gamma)
This will (obviously) break things if you are not careful (for example: changing the target resolution outside its slider will cause a crash)
Credits
Slyde modifies options code to properly store values in the extended range. The implementation for this was based on FiveOneFourOneEight by apple502j.
Slyde optionally locks the cursor on sliders to work around screen edges limiting possible values on Windows. This was inspired by SlydeMore by No-Eul.

Install Millida Launcher
The launcher is free: download it at millida.net/launcher and sign in with any nickname.
Click “Install” on this page
The launcher opens and installs the mod for Minecraft 1.21.8–26.3 on Fabric automatically, together with its dependencies: LibJF.
Launch the game
A profile with it appears in the launcher: click “Play”.
Manually
Install Fabric
The loader must match the game version of the mod file, for example Minecraft 26.3. After installing it, a separate profile appears in your launcher.
Download the file for your version
In the version list above, pick the file slyde-26.3.0.jar (18 KB) for your game version.
Put it in the mods folder
The folder is inside .minecraft (Windows: %appdata%\.minecraft\mods). If it does not exist, create it. Required dependencies go there too: LibJF.
Launch the loader profile
Open “Mods” in the main menu: Slyde should be in the list.
Slyde works on the player’s side only: there is no need to install it on a server.

Is Slyde for Forge or Fabric?
Only for Fabric: 1.21.8–26.3. There are no files for Forge or NeoForge: a mod for another loader will not start.
What does Slyde need to work?
Required: LibJF. Without it the mod will not start: dependencies go into the same mods folder. Optional: Mod Menu.
Do I need to install Slyde on a server?
No. Slyde works on the player’s side only: there is no need to install it on a server.
