Phosphor Mod pour Minecraft 1.16.5, 1.19.2
Mod d'optimisation du moteur d'éclairage sans compromis
Maintenance Status
Phosphor is not currently maintained due to a lack of available time and resources. As of Minecraft 1.20, there have been significant improvements to the game's lighting engine, and most of Phosphor's patches are no longer applicable or useful. (see more))

(This page continues as it was historically written.)
Phosphor is a Minecraft mod which works to optimize one of game's most inefficient areas-- the lighting engine. It works on both the client and server, and can be installed on servers without requiring clients to also have the mod.
With Phosphor, the amount of time the game takes to generate new chunks can be greatly reduced, and you can expect to see some of the nastier frame stutters caused by loading chunks on the client simply vanish.
It's a no-compromises solution for improving performance either in single-player or large multi-player servers, and changes no features or behaviors of the vanilla game. In fact, our continued insistence towards not changing vanilla behaviours has even led to the mod being officially allowed in Minecraft speedrunning.
Installation
Make sure you have the latest version of Fabric Loader present and then simply drop the mod into your mods folder. No other mods or additional setup (not even Fabric API!) is required. You do not need to create new worlds in order to take advantage of the mod.

Install Millida Launcher
The launcher is free: download it at millida.net/launcher and sign in with any nickname.
Click “Install” on this page
The launcher opens and installs the mod for Minecraft 1.16.2–1.19.4 on Fabric automatically.
Launch the game
A profile with it appears in the launcher: click “Play”.
Manually
Install Fabric
The loader must match the game version of the mod file, for example Minecraft 1.19.4. After installing it, a separate profile appears in your launcher.
Download the file for your version
In the version list above, pick the file phosphor-fabric-mc1.19.x-0.8.1.jar (86 KB) for your game version.
Put it in the mods folder
The folder is inside .minecraft (Windows: %appdata%\.minecraft\mods). If it does not exist, create it.
Launch the loader profile
Open “Mods” in the main menu: Phosphor should be in the list.
On a server
A server on Fabric
The mod only works on a server with the same loader and game version, for example 1.19.4.
File goes into the server’s mods folder
Stop the server, put the mod file into the mods folder and start the server again.
Use the “To server” button
On Millida Hosting, the button at the top of the page uploads the file to your server and restarts it for you.
Minecraft 1.19.4 runs on Java 17: with a different Java version the game may close right after launch.
