Neapolitan est un mod alimentaire avec une approche différente. Plutôt que de simples statistiques, les aliments de Neapolitan ont des effets qui leur donnent à chacun une niche. Les aliments de Neapolitan sont en quelque sorte divisés par saveurs, qui impliquent toutes d'explorer le monde plutôt que de simples recettes d'artisanat. Chaque saveur est déclinée en glace, gâteau et milkshake, avec six des neuf prévues implémentées. Les saveurs actuelles sont Vanille, Chocolat, Fraises, Bananes, Menthe et Adzuki. Bubblegum, Cannelle et Mangue suivront. De plus, le mod modifie les cookies pour qu'ils se mangent plus vite.
