Create Jetpack
Using brass you are able to upgrade your copper backtank to a jetpack, using the pressurized air inside to propel yourself through the air.
Inspired by Simply Jetpacks, this jetpack also has a hover mode.
Like the copper backtank, the jetpack does also go in the chest slot, feeds air to items like the extendo-grip and can be enchanted with Capacity. Just like the backtank it is charged by placing it down and supplying it with rotational force.
When underwater while sprint-swimming, the jetpack boosts your swimming speed. Additionally, the hover-mode prevents you from floating downwards.
If a mod similar to Elytra Slot, which enables equipping an elytra in addition to a chestplate, the jetpack will instead give you firework-like boost while the player is pressing the UP-key.
Curios Support is possible by adding it via a datapack. Save to following to data/curios/tags/items/back.json:
{ "replace": false, "values": [ "create_jetpack:jetpack" ] }
An example datapack enabling this support can be downloaded here.

A profile with it appears in the launcher: click “Play”.
Manually
Install Fabric, Forge or NeoForge
The loader must match the game version of the mod file, for example Minecraft 1.21.1. After installing it, a separate profile appears in your launcher.
Download the file for your version
In the version list above, pick the file create_jetpack-forge-5.2.1.jar (484 KB) for your game version and loader.
Put it in the mods folder
The folder is inside .minecraft (Windows: %appdata%\.minecraft\mods). If it does not exist, create it. Required dependencies go there too: Fabric Language Kotlin, Create, Dependency, Kotlin for Forge.
Launch the loader profile
Open “Mods” in the main menu: Create Jetpack should be in the list.
On a server
A server on Fabric, Forge or NeoForge
The mod only works on a server with the same loader and game version, for example 1.21.1.
File goes into the server’s mods folder
Stop the server, put the mod file into the mods folder and start the server again.
Use the “To server” button
