This mod helps you access containers (Chests, Shulker Boxes, Barrels, etc.) that are marked with a Sign or Item Frame. Right-clicking a sign or item frame that's attached to a container will open the container instead.
ClickThrough Plus works clientside, and does not need to be installed on the server.
You can still rotate items in item frames or edit signs by sneaking and clicking them.
Installation
ClickThrough Plus is a completely clientside mod for Fabric and NeoForge.
- On Fabric, Fabric API is required.
- On NeoForge, there are no dependencies.
- McQoy is recommended to configure the mod.
Older versions may require Architectury API and Cloth Config.
Mod Compatibility + Config Options
- By default, ClickThrough Plus will only click through to valid containers, including all mods with properly tagged chests, shulker boxes, and similar containers. Additional containers can be added to the mod's config file, or disabled by changing onlyContainers to false.
- ClickThrough Plus has optional compatibility with the Fast Item Frames mod. Note that with ClickThrough active, you will not be able to rotate items, as shift-right clicking a Fast Item Frame does not rotate it, unlike a vanilla Item Frame.
Credits
This is a port of Giselbaer's ClickThrough to Architectury 1.18 and above, allowing for the mod to be used on both Fabric and NeoForge, as well as Quilt and Forge on older versions. ClickThrough is available under the MIT License.
This mod will be kept up to date with the latest versions of Minecraft, with updates and improvements focusing on 1.21.10 and above.

Click “Install” on this page
The launcher opens and installs the mod for Minecraft 1.21.11–26.3 on Fabric or NeoForge automatically, together with its dependencies: Fabric API.
Launch the game
A profile with it appears in the launcher: click “Play”.

Install Fabric or NeoForge
The loader must match the game version of the mod file, for example Minecraft 26.3. After installing it, a separate profile appears in your launcher.
Download the file for your version
In the version list above, pick the file clickthrough-plus-3.6.5+26.3-pre-3-fabric.jar (322 KB) for your game version and loader.
Put it in the mods folder
The folder is inside .minecraft (Windows: %appdata%\.minecraft\mods). If it does not exist, create it. Required dependencies go there too: Fabric API.
Launch the loader profile
Open “Mods” in the main menu: ClickThrough Plus should be in the list.
ClickThrough Plus works on the player’s side only: there is no need to install it on a server.

There are files for 26.3, 26.2, 26.1.2, 26.1.1, 26.1, 1.21.11. The newest is 26.3.
Is ClickThrough Plus for Forge or Fabric?
There are files for Fabric: 26.1–26.3 and for NeoForge: 1.21.11–26.2. There are no files for Forge: a mod for another loader will not start.
What does ClickThrough Plus need to work?
Required: Fabric API. Without it the mod will not start: dependencies go into the same mods folder. Optional: Dependency.
