Guild Adventures is a Action Hack and Slash RPG with visceral, weighty combat, heavily inspired by franchises such as Diablo and Path of Exile.

It features mostly custom content, and features a top-down view, as well as fully custom classes.

📷 Fully-fledged Isometric Experience

Similar to Path of Exile, Diablo, and Minecraft Dungeons, Guild Adventures features a custom made, fully fledged isometric view mod that mimics the top-down experience.

This doesn't mean that you can't play normally! Just press F4 to return to normal view and it will play just as you'd expect.

Not feeling the top-down experience? That's fine!

This modpack features an extremely optimized setup for Distant Horizons that makes landscapes jaw-dropping while preserving frames.

Pick up the scraps of a ruined world - or burn it all to ash

Subtle lore hints point towards a world ruined by strife. Anarchic adventurers roam the lands and do as they please. It's up to you to forge a path for yourself that involves peace - or war.

Visceral, Weighty Combat

Combat of all types has been highly tuned aesthetically to give immensely gratifying feedback with every swing, hit, and even miss. Melee swings thrust you forward depending on the weight of the weapon. Feel the weight of your weapon cleaving through an enemy, feel the rebound of your hammer crushing a zombie's skull. Experience the kick-back of your rifle as you blast an enemy point blank. Feel the pull of your claymore as you thrust it forward towards your enemy.

🧙🏻‍♀️ Fluid Class System and SKill Tree

Classes are not locked in at the beginning, nor are they enforced on you any point. You start out on a part of the skill tree and make your way to your desired nodes ferom there. The modpack features an unbound version of the normal RPG Series skill tree that allows you to move between branches of the tree at varying degrees of efficiency.

Supported Playstyles include:

• Magic: Fire, Frost, Arcane, Soulwarden, Healing, Invoker
• Martial: Bowman, Crossbowman, Gunner, Warrior, Brawler
• Mixed: Paladin, Spellblade, Bard

Guild-Focused Open-Ended Gameplay

There are no quests to do - instead, you are expected to find information about the world you inhabit through clues given to you by your fellow inhabitants. Each world has three guilds that interact with each other and you in vvarious ways. The NPCs from the ANARCHY RPG mod provide information, gear, and companionship so that you can survive and even flourisn in this unknown world.
