An error while processing the world: how it differs from an entity error, how to find the block coordinates, and what to do with a corrupted chunk.

Error while processing a block or a world process. Unlike Exception ticking entity, here the problem is in the block or in the chunk itself.

Procedure

  1. Take the coordinates from Block location.
  2. Go there (/tp X Y Z) and look at what's there: usually it's a mechanism, a hopper, a chest, or a mod block.
  3. Remove the block. If it won't break, replace it: /setblock X Y Z air.

If the server crashes when entering the area

Until the block is removed, any entry into the chunk will crash the server. Procedure: stop the server → delete the chunk with MCA Selector → start it. Buildings in that chunk will be lost, but the world will work again — Corrupted world.

Before any such operations, make a backup.
