Über die DiscordCraft-Mod
This clientside mod adds a Discord Rich Presence, This will show is you are in the main menu or in Single/Multiplayer. This will support every mod and will use the dimension name provided by the mod itself.
Currently it adds a more beatified name for the following dimension:
- Vanilla dimensions
- Hunting dimension
- Twilight Forest
- RFTools, This will also add the name the dimension got given in the Rich Presence
- Galacticraft: shown planets, moons and even when on a space station
If you want more dimensions to be added please send me a message with the dimension names/modnames and i will take alook to add them
Modpacks
You can use this pack in any modpack you want. Just send me a message with the link to your pack on curse so I can add it to the list.

Starting on version 2.0 you can change what gets shown on the dimensionline of the presence.

With Millida Launcher
Install Millida Launcher
The launcher is free: download it at millida.net/launcher and sign in with any nickname.
Click “Install” on this page
The launcher opens and installs the mod for Minecraft 1.12.2 automatically.
Launch the game
A profile with it appears in the launcher: click “Play”.
Manually
Download the file for your version
In the version list above, pick the file DiscordCraft-2.0.jar (627 KB) for your game version.
Put it in the mods folder
The folder is inside .minecraft (Windows: %appdata%\.minecraft\mods). If it does not exist, create it.
Launch the loader profile
Open “Mods” in the main menu: DiscordCraft should be in the list.
Minecraft 1.12.2 runs on Java 8: with a different Java version the game may close right after launch.

Only Minecraft 1.12.2: there are no files for other versions.
Which Java does DiscordCraft need?
Minecraft 1.12.2 runs on Java 8. If the game closes right after launch, the usual cause is the wrong Java version in the profile settings.
