What Minecraft server hosting 24/7 really means

Minecraft server hosting 24/7 means no sleep, not a checkbox in the panel. A paid plan keeps your world running while you study, work or sleep. A restart scheduler, 30 days of backups and traffic filtering come with it.

اعرف المزيدطيّ

Free hosting advertised as 24/7 usually means the server is reachable at any time but starts when somebody joins. Every free platform works this way, ours included. The free Millida plan sleeps five minutes after the last player leaves and wakes up from the owner button.

True round‑the-clock hosting starts with a paid plan. The server does not sleep: the world keeps ticking, farms keep working, redstone keeps running, and players can join at any moment without waiting for a start.

Staying up also means surviving restarts and load spikes. The panel has a task scheduler for restarts, console commands, stops and backups. Copies are kept for 30 days, and traffic filtering is switched on for every plan, including the free one.

Why a home PC cannot run 24/7

Your computer shuts down with you, Windows updates restart it, your provider changes the address, and someone switches off the router at night. Even if all that goes well, friends outside your network cannot join without a tunnel.

What to set up so the server runs itself

Add a nightly restart in the scheduler to clear memory leaks from plugins and mods. Schedule backups and keep one copy on your own computer. Keep render distance reasonable, because it affects memory and TPS more than most settings.

الأسئلة الشائعة

Is there a truly free Minecraft server 24/7?

No. Free hardware is shared between thousands of servers, so every free plan sleeps without players. Ours sleeps after five minutes and wakes from a button. Round‑the-clock hosting without sleep is a paid plan.

How long is my server kept?

On paid plans there is no storage limit for files, and only you can delete the server. On the free plan files are kept for 7 days from the last launch, which is the only time limit.

What uptime do you guarantee?

We do not publish an uptime percentage because we cannot back the number. Maintenance and incidents are announced in the panel, and a server on a paid plan is not stopped on our initiative.

What happens if my server is attacked?

Traffic filtering runs at the network entrance on every plan, the free one included. Paid plans use a stricter filter and dedicated cores, so load from other servers does not reach your world.
