jCommands Warps (jCommandsWarps) is developed by Jozeth and is a add-on for the plugin, jCommands. Once you've installed the .jar on to your server and started it, your /warps.yml will be moved to /data/warps/warps.yml.
jCommandsWarps, uses the config.yml inside the 'jCommands' folder and all of it's data is stored in 'jCommands/data/warps/'

Works with PermissionsEx and PermissionsBukkit or another permissions plugin which hooks into Bukkit's native permissions.
In jCommandsWarps there is only one statistic trackers my own for jCommands(.com)). My stats tracker currently only picks up start ups (whenever you reload or start your server a counter goes up by one). These features can be disabled in the config.

A server on Paper or Spigot
The plugin runs on the server core for Minecraft 1.8–1.9; players do not need to install anything.
File goes into the plugins folder
Download the file jCommandsWarps.jar (25 KB) and put it into the server’s plugins folder.
Restart the server
On startup the plugin creates its own settings folder in plugins.
Use the “To server” button
On Millida Hosting, the button at the top of the page uploads the file to your server and restarts it for you.
Minecraft 1.9 runs on Java 8: with a different Java version the game may close right after launch.
