یہ موڈ ایک قمری واقعہ شامل کرتا ہے جسے "Bloodmoon" کہا جاتا ہے، ہر رات 5% (قابلِ ترتیب) امکان ہوتا ہے کہ بلڈ مون طلوع ہو۔ اگلی رات کے دوران راکشس تیزی سے اور کھلاڑی کے زیادہ قریب پیدا ہوں گے۔ راکشسوں کی پیدائش کی حد بھی زیادہ ہوگی۔ نوٹ کریں کہ یہ تمام چیزیں صرف سطح پر پیدا ہونے والے راکشسوں پر لاگو ہوتی ہیں، اگر آپ مثلاً کسی غار میں ہیں تو آپ کو ان اثرات کا سامنا نہیں ہوگا۔ آپ بلڈ مون کی رات میں سو بھی نہیں سکتے (قابلِ ترتیب)۔ آپ کنفگ فائل میں ایک آپشن بھی آن کر سکتے ہیں تاکہ بلڈ مون سے پیدا ہونے والے تمام راکشس صبح کے وقت غائب ہو جائیں (بطور ڈیفالٹ غیر فعال)۔
ظاہری پہلو سے چاند، آسمان اور آسمانی روشنی سرخ رنگ میں ہوں گے، سرخ آسمان کے مطابق دھند بھی بہتر اثر کے لیے سیاہ ہو جائے گی۔
