NBT Viewer
Note: Items no longer have NBT in Minecraft 1.21.
The "sl_nbt" command can be used to view the NBT of a block, entity, or item (pre-1.21) in an easy to read format. Unlike the vanilla "data get" command, this opens a new UI and formats the text for easy reading. The output is also color-coded, and 32-bit integers are displayed in both decimal and hexadecimal. From there, you can also export the NBT to a JSON file (possibly useful when reporting bugs).

Help! (FAQ)
It crashes!
Make sure Silent Lib and all mods that depend on it are up-to-date first. Mismatched versions are a common cause of crashes. If updating does not help, report it on the issue tracker of the mod that seems to be at fault. Usually the other mod is responsible. I may have forgotten to publish an update.
Where is [insert ancient version like 1.12.2 here]?
The files are still there, but they are appropriately hidden from the main page. Go to the "Files" tab, click "View All," then select the ancient game version that you for some reason have a desire to play. Research project for your history class or something?

Install Millida Launcher
The launcher is free: download it at millida.net/launcher and sign in with any nickname.
Click “Install” on this page
The launcher opens and installs the mod for Minecraft 1.13.2–26.1.2 on Forge or NeoForge automatically.
Launch the game
A profile with it appears in the launcher: click “Play”.
Manually
Install Forge or NeoForge
The loader must match the game version of the mod file, for example Minecraft 26.1.2. After installing it, a separate profile appears in your launcher.
Download the file for your version
In the version list above, pick the file silent-lib-26.1.2-neoforge-11.2.0.jar (271 KB) for your game version and loader.
Put it in the mods folder
The folder is inside .minecraft (Windows: %appdata%\.minecraft\mods). If it does not exist, create it.
Launch the loader profile
Open “Mods” in the main menu: Silent Lib (silentlib) should be in the list.

There are files for 1.13.2–26.1.2, 9 versions in total. The newest is 26.1.2.
Is Silent Lib (silentlib) for Forge or Fabric?
There are files for Forge: 1.19–1.20.1 and for NeoForge: 26.1–26.1.2. There are no files for Fabric: a mod for another loader will not start.
