Sign in to minecraft.net with your account, open “Profile” → “Skins”, upload the downloaded PNG, pick the model type (classic or slim arms) and save. The skin shows up in the game after you rejoin.
How do I set a skin on a phone (Bedrock / Pocket Edition)?
Launch the game, open the “Dressing Room” (the hanger icon in the main menu), press “+”, choose “Import”, pick the downloaded PNG and confirm the model type. The skin applies right away.
