O Sound Balancing resurs paku
Fixes issues with block sound volume introduced in 1.21.5.
Grass block sounds have been reverted to their pre-1.21.5 versions and reduced by 4dB. They're quieter than before, but louder than in vanilla 1.21.5.
Cactus flower sounds have been reduced by 6dB. I found the sound very grating.
I might add more changes as I keep playing. Normally Mojang is very good at sound mixing, so there might not be anything else I want to change.

Click “Install” on this page
The launcher opens and installs the resource pack for Minecraft 1.21.5 automatically.
Launch the game
A profile with it appears in the launcher: click “Play”.
Manually
Download the archive
Pick the file sound balancing.zip (117 KB) for your game version. No need to unpack it.
Put it in the resourcepacks folder
The easiest way: “Options”, then “Resource Packs”, then “Open Pack Folder”, and drag the archive there.
Enable the pack
In the same window, move the pack to the right-hand “Selected” column and click “Done”.
