Lite
This Version, The Lite Version. is good for people with less hardware, or potato
computers. this version still has good physics, though with this one it only has
good block physics and item physics. this is still overall a good version. *also
sometimes it wont work on mac*
Normal
This Version, The Normal Version, is the default version of this modpack, this
version has, block physics, water/wave physics, snow physics, smoke physics,
particle physics, and more! this one is the Go-to version of this modpack, though
if you have a potato computer play the lite one!

Install Millida Launcher
The launcher is free: download it at millida.net/launcher and sign in with any nickname.
Click “Install” on this page
The launcher opens and installs the modpack for Minecraft 1.16.5–1.19.4 on Forge automatically.
Launch the game
A profile with it appears in the launcher: click “Play”.
Manually
Download the modpack archive
In the version list above, pick the file Realistic Physics - Normal-1.19.4.zip (57 MB).
Import it into a launcher
A launcher that supports modpacks (Millida Launcher, Prism) takes the archive via “Add modpack”, then “From file”. No need to unpack it yourself.
Allocate memory
Modpacks need more memory than the plain game: set 4–6 GB in the profile settings.
