Features

• Portal creation system - lets you create linked portals with custom names
• Portal linking menu - select which portals connect to each other
• Particle-based teleportation - stand in the effect to be teleported
• Persistent links - deleting and recreating a portal with the same name keeps its previous link

Usage Tutorial

• Give yourself the portal menu with /give @s bridge:portal_menu or grab it from creative.
• Create two portals and give them any names you want.
• Use the portal link button to select which portals should connect.
• Stand in the portal’s particles to teleport after a short delay.

If you delete a portal and make a new one with the same name, it will still be linked to the original partner portal.
