🔍 NEW - Vitality Scanner

Finding Life Ore can now be easier without increasing its natural generation.

The new Vitality Scanner searches for nearby vitality energy and helps guide you toward Life Ore.

🔎 Scanner Features

• Detects Life Ore
• Detects Deepslate Life Ore
• Also detects custom ores registered by the admin
• Searches up to 18 blocks horizontally
• Searches up to 12 blocks vertically
• Reports the approximate distance
• Shows the general direction
• Tells you if the ore is above or below you
• Includes a cooldown to avoid excessive scanning
• Processes the scan progressively to reduce performance spikes

🧱 Vitality Scanner Recipe

You need:

• 1 Compass
• 1 Life Essence
• 2 Life Fragments
• 1 Amethyst Shard

The scanner does not change Life Ore generation. It simply helps you locate ore that already exists nearby.

❤️ Vitality Progression

Every Life Heart permanently increases your maximum health.

By default, each Life Heart gives:

❤️ +2 Hearts

But you cannot immediately reach the final health limit when Vitality Progression is enabled.

You must advance through 4 Vitality Tiers.

Tier Progression

❤️ Tier I - Overworld Starting Tier

🔥 Tier II - Nether Use a Nether Life Core

✨ Tier III - Ascendant Use an Ascendant Life Core

🐉 Tier IV - End Use an End Life Core

🔒 Tier Capacity

The progression system now ensures that every tier has a purpose.

By default, the maximum available Life Heart upgrades are divided approximately as:

• Tier I: up to 25%
• Tier II: up to 50%
• Tier III: up to 75%
• Tier IV: up to 100%

Only Tier IV can reach the world's full configured maximum health.

Admins can lower the capacity of earlier tiers even further.

♻️ Safe Progression Changes

Changing world settings no longer needs to punish players who already progressed further.

If an admin:

• Lowers the world's maximum health
• Lowers a Vitality Tier capacity
• Re-enables Tier Progression

and a player has more upgrades than they are currently allowed to keep, Life Increase automatically adjusts their health.

❤️ Excess Life Hearts are returned to the player.

This also works for players who were offline when the rules changed. Their progression is checked when they return to the world.

Disabling Tier Progression also does not erase unlocked tiers.

🔮 Vitality Altar

The Vitality Altar is the main crafting station for Life Increase progression.

Craft it using:

• Amethyst Shards
• Life Fragments
• Gold Ingots
• Crying Obsidian

The Vitality Altar allows you to craft:

• ❤️ Life Heart
• 🖤 Empty Heart
• 🔥 Nether Life Core

The Life Heart cost is configurable by the world admin.

Don't want to manually configure every setting?

World operators can now choose between 4 quick configuration presets.

🟢 Casual

Designed for a more relaxed Survival experience.

• Higher maximum health
• Cheaper Life Hearts
• Better Life Ore fragment yield
• More frequent Life Essence drops
• Keep vitality after death

⚖️ Balanced

The recommended default Life Increase experience.

• Full progression
• Balanced economy
• Balanced rewards
• Normal Survival difficulty

🔴 Hardcore

Designed for slower and more punishing progression.

• More expensive Life Hearts
• Lower ore rewards
• Less Life Essence
• Lose 25% of Life Upgrades on death

🔵 Server

Designed for multiplayer and server progression.

• Moderate maximum health
• Clear progression tiers
• Stable progression economy

All preset settings can still be modified individually afterward.

Custom add-on integrations are also preserved when changing presets.

⛏️ Miner Challenge

Mine 25 valid Life Ores and receive:

2 Life Essence

This challenge is repeatable.

⚔️ Warrior Challenge

Defeat 100 hostile mobs and receive:

4 Life Fragments

This challenge is repeatable.

🌍 Explorer Challenge

Visit both:

• The Nether
• The End

and receive 4 Life Fragments.

This challenge is completed once per player.
