What does this do? When you place the last item in a stack of blocks, it will pull a new stack from your inner inventory and move it to your item bar where you were just placing items from.
This works for tools as well as weapons, even fishing poles! As an item is consumed, it is replaced with any you have in your inventory of the same exact type.
This basically makes it a little nicer to keep building, and not have to manage your inventory mid construction.
What does this NOT do? This plugin does not give you unlimited stacks of blocks, nor does it provide duping.
Permissions To make it so a player/group can NOT use the functionality that AutoItemBarReload offers, give them the following permission.

Como instalar AutoItemBarReload
A server on Paper or Spigot
The plugin runs on the server core for Minecraft 1.6.1–1.6.2; players do not need to install anything.
File goes into the plugins folder
Download the file AutoItemBarReload.jar (13 KB) and put it into the server’s plugins folder.
Restart the server
On startup the plugin creates its own settings folder in plugins.
Or use the “To hosting” button
On Millida Hosting, the button at the top of the page uploads the file to your server and restarts it for you.
Minecraft 1.6.2 runs on Java 8: with a different Java version the game may close right after launch.
