Sobre o mod Quest Giver

The images are an example. The Quest Mod only provides the option for adding a data-driven quest system to entities. No interactions are added to villagers unless a Mod or Modpack maker states so in their files.

Quest Giver provides the option for adding a data-driven quest system for modders and modpack makers.

It's design and function is based on the Quest System used in the Feywild mod.

With the Quest Giver Mod you can add Quest Lines to Entities/NPCs. Each Quest Line has multiple Quests. A Quest Line starts with a Root Quest wich gives the Option to Accept or Decline.

Each Quest has a Start Window and a Task.

If the Task requirements are met a Complete Window will pop up when interacting with the Entity/NPC again.

Quest Giver mod is available for version 1.19.2 Forge, 1.20.1 Forge and 1.21.1 NeoForge. The 1.18 version was designed specifically for the Dawn Craft Modpack and is no longer supported.

Como instalar Quest Giver

With Millida Launcher

  1. Install Millida Launcher

The launcher is free: download it at millida.net/launcher and sign in with any nickname.

  2. Click “Install” on this page

The launcher opens and installs the mod for Minecraft 1.20.1–1.21.1 on Forge or NeoForge automatically.

  3. Launch the game

A profile with it appears in the launcher: click “Play”.

Manually

  1. Install Forge or NeoForge

The loader must match the game version of the mod file, for example Minecraft 1.21.1. After installing it, a separate profile appears in your launcher.

  2. Download the file for your version

In the version list above, pick the file quest_giver-1.21.1-1.5.3.jar (164 KB) for your game version and loader.

  3. Put it in the mods folder

The folder is inside .minecraft (Windows: %appdata%\.minecraft\mods). If it does not exist, create it.

  4. Launch the loader profile

Open “Mods” in the main menu: Quest Giver should be in the list.

Minecraft 1.21.1 runs on Java 21: with a different Java version the game may close right after launch.

There are files for Forge: 1.20.1 and for NeoForge: 1.21.1. There are no files for Fabric: a mod for another loader will not start.
