Rough Tweaks एक काफी छोटा मॉड है जो गेम में कुछ छोटे हार्डकोर बदलाव जोड़ता है। यह मॉड Rough Survival नामक हार्डकोर आधारित मॉडपैक के लिए बनाया गया था। सभी फीचर्स minecraft हेल्थ सिस्टम को थोड़ा और मुश्किल बनाने पर आधारित हैं। आप अपनी कॉन्फ़िग फ़ाइल में हर एक फीचर को बंद / बदल सकते हैं।
मौजूदा फीचर्स:
- वर्ल्ड जॉइन पर प्राकृतिक हेल्थ रीजनरेशन बंद कर देता है (गेमरूल को false कर देता है)।
- सोने से अब 1 Heart हील होता है।
- 5 नए आइटम जोड़ता है जो उपयोग करने पर आधा हार्ट हील करते हैं
- Salve: 2 बार उपयोग किया जा सकता है
- Plaster: 4 बार उपयोग किया जा सकता है
- Bandage: 6 बार उपयोग किया जा सकता है
- Medikit: 16 बार उपयोग किया जा सकता है
- Enchanted Medikit: 16 बार उपयोग किया जा सकता है। साथ ही उपयोगकर्ता को थोड़े समय के लिए absorption इफेक्ट भी देता है।
- इन आइटम्स को पाने के फिलहाल 2 तरीके हैं:
- Hostile Mobs के पास Salve, Plaster या Bandage में से कोई एक गिराने का 1 में 30 मौका होता है

Rough Tweaks कैसे इंस्टॉल करें
With Millida Launcher
Install Millida Launcher
The launcher is free: download it at millida.net/launcher and sign in with any nickname.
Click “Install” on this page
The launcher opens and installs the mod for Minecraft 1.11–1.12.2 automatically.
Launch the game
A profile with it appears in the launcher: click “Play”.
Manually
Download the file for your version
In the version list above, pick the file roughTweaks0.2.4-1.12.2.jar (25 KB) for your game version.
Put it in the mods folder
The folder is inside .minecraft (Windows: %appdata%\.minecraft\mods). If it does not exist, create it.
Launch the loader profile
Open “Mods” in the main menu: Rough Tweaks should be in the list.
Minecraft 1.12.2 runs on Java 8: with a different Java version the game may close right after launch.
